Paragon Home Care is a family-owned, small business that has established itself since it's founding in 2013 as Northern Virginia's premier senior care provider. Our core values are summed up in three words: service, compassion, and respect; and our goal is simple: to be the extended-family caregiver of choice for the families we serve. We work hard to find caregivers who share our values and care for their clients as they would their own family members. 


Juan Tuason, the President/owner brings extensive management and corporate experience as well as over twenty-three years of direct experience as a caregiver and senior community volunteer. Starting in 1996, he took care of a close relative who was terminally ill. Again in 2007, Juan took care of his father at home until he passed away. Juan also serves as a volunteer in the community; as a lay minister for his church serving home-bound parishioners, as President of the McLean Community Village Association (McLeanCVA) non-profit organization dedicated to making McLean a better community to age in place, and as a volunteer driver for the Shepherd's Center McLean-Arlington-Falls Church (SPMAFC) non-profit organization. 


The rest of the team consists of:

Attilio Manziano, Executive Director. Attilio joins the team with over seven years of personal experience caring for his father. Prior to his transition into elder care, Attilio had extensive experience as a project manager focused on service delivery, operational excellence and team leadership.


Ana Lacson, RN, Administrator & Director of Nursing. Ana oversees the care plans for all clients and supervises and trains our team of caregivers. She has been a nurse for over 17 years working both in hospital case management as well as in the home health care industry.


Nikki Greene, MBA, Director of Community Services. Nikki works with community organizations and facilities to provide needed services for those communities. Nikki comes with over 19 years of home health and home care industry experience.


Jamie Salazar is our Scheduling Coordinator. She provides leadership and is largely responsible for ensuring that both our clients and our caregiving team are satisfied with our service delivery. Jamie is often the first point of contact for our clients, their family members as well as our employees.


Julie Maher is our HR Coordinator. She is the initial point of contact for our employees, and is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and initial training of our team members.


Crystal Licudine is our Administrative and Scheduling Assistant. Crystal is a recent graduate of George Mason University, with a degree in healthcare administration and HR.


Paragon Home Care is also fortunate to have successfully assembled an impressive group of experts in the healthcare, eldercare, and home care industries, as well as social workers and senior advocates who serve as Advisory Board members. These individuals contribute to the overall culture of the company, as well as the value that we provide to our clients and their loved ones.


Finally, and most importantly, our Caregivers: we are proud to have established ourselves as the premier employer of choice for caregivers in Northern Virginia. As such, we have been able to attract a team of high-caliber aides, who are our primary representatives in the communities that we serve. Our focus on building this team is to ensure that we attract "true caregivers": dedicated and passionate about caring for their clients - and who don't merely approach the work as a "job."
